Thanks for choosing us. By using the Citgentic platform and our suite of AI services, you are agreeing to these terms. Since we handle all the technical backend and integration personally for you, we want to make sure we are on the same page. If something in here doesn't work for you, we understand, but we won't be able to proceed with the service.

Citgentic isn't just an answering service. We provide a complete AI automation platform that includes inbound receptionists, speed-to-lead dialers, database reactivation engines, and other workflow tools. We personally integrate these services into your phone lines and CRM to ensure everything runs smoothly. We grant you a license to use these powerful tools to help grow your business.

We built this tech to help businesses grow, not to annoy people. We ask that you use Citgentic responsibly and legally. Please don't use our platform for:

• Spamming people who haven't asked to hear from you.
• Harassment or any kind of abusive behavior.
• Pretending to be a government agency or another company.
• Any illegal activities.

We want to keep our ecosystem clean, so we reserve the right to pause services if we notice any activity that goes against these guidelines.

We keep it simple. Our plans are billed monthly, plus usage fees for the minutes your AI agents use. Since we handle the backend configuration manually, payments are processed securely each month via invoice or card. Because we incur hard costs to provide these real-time voice services, we generally don't offer refunds for past usage.

You are free to leave at any time. We don't believe in locking you into long contracts if you aren't happy. To cancel, simply reach out to us via email or chat. Since we manage the integration personally, we will handle the offboarding process for you to ensure a smooth transition. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

We strive for perfection, but technology can sometimes be unpredictable. We provide our services "as is." While we work hard to keep everything running smoothly 24/7 and monitor the systems personally, we can't be held liable for business interruptions or lost profits if an outage occurs outside our control.
