When your data is sitting on our servers, it is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Even if someone physically stole a server, they would just see a garbled mess of characters.

Our philosophy is simple. If you don't need access, you don't have it. We enforce strict role-based access controls across our entire organization. Only specific engineers and support staff who absolutely need to see data to solve a problem are granted access, and every single access event is logged and audited.

We host our platform on world-class cloud providers that maintain rigorous physical and digital security standards (SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliant). We perform regular automated backups to ensure your data is never lost, and we have redundant systems in place to keep the service running even if a server fails.

We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Period. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Your financial details are never in our hands.

We regularly scan our systems for potential weaknesses and patch them immediately. Security isn't a one-time setup for us, it is an ongoing process. We monitor our networks 24/7 for suspicious activity so we can stop threats before they ever reach your data.
